There are plenty of topics that you can consider for your project work. Choose a topic that has current relevance and where industries are interested. Some suggested topics include:
- Competency mapping
- Balanced scorecard
- Performance management
- Quality of worklife
- Employee attitude survey
- HRD climate
- Training needs analysis
- Team building, etc.

These are just a few suggestions.

I can help you, but please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum without providing enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then, do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide on the hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Situation will make us do things... we are all in search of capsules, right? I also made an attempt, a shortcut for easily getting the questionnaire, but I failed. I found all types of questionnaires over here but not our topic. It was very urgent for me, and there were no options at all. At last, lazy Sayana also decided to prepare a questionnaire by herself, and I did. For that, I referred to the factory act of welfare measure, company profile, their welfare facilities, questionnaire formats available over here, etc. All the time of my experience shows that we become lazy because of the facilities available to us. Actually, all this is meant to make us more capable, but we are misusing these facilities. I am also in that list. At first, I got irritated when I read the reply by the moderator Mr. Nashbramhall, advising not to expect someone else to send a questionnaire. At that time, I thought then for what purpose is this citehr. Anyway, I know you people are also like me, so I am attaching my questionnaire with regard to welfare measures. I don't know how much I succeeded in preparing these questionnaires, but I hope it will also be helpful to you dudes.

Hey, you can research on "Psychometric Assessments - their Validation and Reliability." These days, psychometric assessments are extensively used. You can shed light on its relevance and reliability.

To my knowledge, all the topics that the college teachers have suggested were also given to me by my professors 15 years ago. It shows that we are still discussing the same topics.

Look at the following topics:
- Value creation by HR for end customers
- Cross-cultural issues (discuss this topic with students who are planning to go to Australia)
- Compensation strategies in times of recession
- Managing a recession
