there are plenty of topics that u can consider for your project work.
but chose such topic, which has current relevance and whre industries are feel interested.
the topics may be:
competency mapping
balanced scorecard
performance management
quality of worklife
employee attitude survey
HRD climate
training needs analysis
team building etc.
these are only few
