I am getting a job in HR-Consultancy firm. my job responsibilty is payroll,pf, esic, p.tax, income tax and tds.In previous company i was doing payroll in excel, pf and esic. i opt for this company because i want to get exposure in income tax and tds matter also as well as payroll. I want to do payroll job in future so i i opt for this change. can it benefial for me in future? can i transfer from consultancy to company?
