How To Join Citefin.com

Dear Moderator / Seniors
Please advise, How can I join citefin.com I m facing errors when I attempt to log in the site with citehr.com userid and password.
when I try to create a new profile by registering as new member, the error pops us saying E mail ID already in use.
please advise

Hello Hussain Zulfikar,
Pl use the 'Password Reset' facility in the Registering Page of citefin.com & retry registering.
Not sure why this is needed, but it just worked for me.

I tried, I dont know what is wrong. I tried passwrd reset option, and it says they will send the verification code to my registered mail id, but i dint get any mail.
I thought I can use same user id and password as of citehr.com to log in citefin.com. but its not working.

Suggest refer the problem to any of the Super Moderators Hussain.
I think that's the only way out.
BTW, are you using the same mail ID which you used while registering? Just check it out--maybe you used another ID while registering & that's why you aren't getting any mail too now.
