Calling All IT Recruiters in India: What's the Salary Range in Your Experience?

vndixit
Hi everyone,

Please participate in this survey to enable me to collect information that would be useful for everyone. This survey is exclusively for recruiters with at least one year's experience working in the recruitment arm/division of any IT services/products companies in India (to share their salary range). I would be sharing the results after I collect 100 samples.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation.

Hi Satish,

You have to mention the years of experience against the salary range.

I wish I could. The poll features do not give options of combinations. Adding experience fields and pay rates would force me to list at least 20 options. Let me see if I can do something about it. Thanks for the idea.

If that is the case, then try to avoid voting buttons and ask respondents to send it manually. For example, 1-2 yrs: 1.5 lacs-3.0 lacs and have this option under an Alphabet say "A". Or assign years of experience, say 1-3 yrs to "A", and provide minimum and maximum salaries. Now, the respondents have to choose a salary figure within this grid for option A.

Just to illustrate:
Option A: 1-3 yrs
Minimum Salary: 2.0 lacs
Maximum Salary: 4.0 lacs
My answer for A: 3.0 lacs.

I know this requires a lot of manual effort, and if we can include all this in a spreadsheet attached to this, it might reduce work by half. Any suggestions?

Regards,
Satish

New Thread

I think this is a little more elaborate. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I would request everyone who has participated to revote at this new link. [Link removed]

I noticed that CiteHr does not allow more than 10 poll options, so I had to reduce a few possibilities. If you do not fall into any of the mentioned categories, please feel free to leave a message that I can manually note. Possibilities include (or more specific options that could have been made available):
- 3-4 years, 4-5 LPA
- 3-4 years, >5 LPA
- 4-5 years, 5-6 LPA
- 4-5 years, >6 LPA
and so on. Please participate!
