I am doing my summer internship in a contract staffing company on recruitments and training and development,plz help me necessary inputs for preparing my project.

Please do not make a general request for necessary inputs for preparing your project. Instead, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Form your hypotheses to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Hi everybody i am guna. i am doing my summer project in a hr recruiting company. here their main process is to sourcing candidates according to their client's requirments. so i have prepared the following things\
1. Introduction about the study
scope,objective,importants,needs.
2. literature review
gatherd maximum data about recruitment and selection process
3. Organizational overview
4. what is the recruitment process followed by the organization?
and after this i need to prepare the questionnaire so i do not know how to prepare the questionnaire for internal employees.
