SAP HR Functional Career With Domain Exp-blr

I wanted to know few details regarding SAP HR Course… and want to be a functional consultant..
Where Can I do SAP HR Course in Bangalore along with my current job(recruiter)? Apart from Siemens & Genovate.
I have heard of Gems b school, NIIT providing as well. Please let me know if they are really authorised and good. Are there any other authorised centres providing training and certification.
Please suggest the best suited , so that there are no problems with training and placements as well?
Also if anyone has shifted from HR to SAP HR, please let me know your viewpoints , positive, negatives ..

I completed my MBA HR this academic year and i want to learn sap hr. Is it advisable to join sap hr without any domain experience and is there opportunity for mba fresher to get job on sap hr after completion of course. Please express your suggestion.

It is advisable to have good domain experience (relevant to Payroll, Time Mgt, Compensation, benefits) to be in a position to understand SAP-HCM implementation.
