Considering a Shift to SAP HR in Bangalore? Seeking Advice on Courses and Career Transition

bindu.m
Hi, I wanted to know a few details regarding the SAP HR Course as I want to become a functional consultant. Where can I do the SAP HR Course in Bangalore along with my current job as a recruiter? Apart from Siemens & Genovate, I have heard of Gems B School and NIIT providing it as well. Please let me know if they are really authorized and good. Are there any other authorized centers providing training and certification?

Please suggest the best suited option so that there are no problems with training and placements as well. Also, if anyone has shifted from HR to SAP HR, please let me know your viewpoints, both positive and negative. Kindly help out. Thanks in advance for your time.

I completed my MBA in HR this academic year, and I want to learn SAP HR. Is it advisable to join SAP HR without any domain experience? Is there an opportunity for an MBA fresher to get a job in SAP HR after completing the course? Please express your suggestion.

It is advisable to have good domain experience (relevant to Payroll, Time Management, Compensation, benefits) to be in a position to understand SAP-HCM implementation.
