Hi, as far as I know, we need to take up Form 10C and Form 19 for submitting the PF, and for transfer, it is Form 13.

An employer wants to know what time they should submit the PF amount of employees or if there is any monthly deadline. Please let me know if there is any challan, and kindly send it.

There is a deadline for remitting the PF amount every month; otherwise, you will need to pay a penalty each time. Remitting it on time will benefit the employees significantly.

For PF submission, the last date is the 15th of the last month with a 6-day grace period, meaning you have to submit it by the 21st of the last month. After the submission, you are required to submit the Monthly return in the form of 12A, Declaration form, Form No. - 2, and Form No. 5/10. Form No. 10c and 19 are used when withdrawing the PF amount. Form 13 is used when joining a new company and transferring the submitted amount from the old one to the new one.

Sandeep
