Feeling Stuck in HR? Seeking Advice on Specializing for Career Growth

I have 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, including over 3 years in Generalist HR. Currently, I am facing limited opportunities as I am a correspondence student in graduation. I would appreciate your suggestions on my career growth. Should I specialize in one area or function of HR?

It would be better if you specialized in one designation/area. IT recruitment and General HR are somewhat related. I would advise you to pursue a postgraduate degree in HR as it will benefit you in the near future. Also, I request that you do not get discouraged or disheartened by your current undergraduate degree, as experience counts for a lot more than qualifications.
