Statutory Returns - if we are preparing the monthly ESI challan online, so do we need to file the half-yearly returns for the same?

Hi, Can anyone tell me what are the dates/ period for return filling of ESI, PT & LWF for Maharashtra?
Also, if we are preparing the monthly ESI challan online, so do we need to file the half-yearly returns for the same.

07th of every month Wage distribution.
15th of every month due date of EPF Cont. deposite.
21st of every month due date of ESI Cont. deposite.
25th of every month due date of PF Monthly Return.
30th April is the last dt for Annual PF Return submission.
12th May is the last dt for Half Yearly ESI Return submission.
31st Octber is the last dt. For renewal of F.Licence.
11th Nov is the last dt for Half Yearly ESI Return submission.
30th November is the last dt. For Bonus distribution.
31st December is the last dt. For Bonus Return submission.
