Family Details
Address (temporary, permanent)
PAN Card, Passport No, Previous employment details, Medical Record (any special remarks), incl Blood Group,,, which is IMP, , Emergency Contact Nos,
all these details you can collect in some excel sheet and keep on updating as per your need hope this is sufficients.

special ladki usually such things are incorporated in software itself, so based on your organisation strength why dont you go for software i mean how many employees u have ?

60 employees in my company. I have the details on the software also i want it in excel sheet. Is that enough if i have it just on software.

In addition to what Ravi said, include the qualification details, nominee details,etc. In spread sheet, you can create such format. Not a difficult task in creating spread sheet.

Are you required to maintain record of employees working in branches in your jurisdiction ? whether disbursement of monthly salaries, leave record, sanction for annual increment, record of LTC/leave encashment are part of your duties. Pl.specify your needs.
