In our foundry we are providing training to our staff and supervisors. but now we want to provid training to our workers also. for that we want to design syllabus or training topics fow worker level.

WORKERS - Specify TRADE and DOMAIN.
The best way to train your workers is to allow your SUPERVISORS to educated them in the most formal language based on PRACTICAL LIFE EXPERIENCES.

2) List down the DEFICIENCIES, you had noted in your workers?
3) In what way, you feel it will benefit(financial and growth related factors) your organisation and workers as well?
Material is only for reference. PRACTICAL ONSITE TRAINING is the BEST EXAMPLE for training your workers. TRY TO EDUCATE YOUR WORKERS but not just TRAIN THEM ON OUTLINES as there is NO FIXED TRAINING CAPSULE for xyz modules.
