Why Is Smiling So Hard Sometimes? Exploring the Power and Challenges of a Simple Act

Poorni Kuttalam
Hi friends, today, I am sharing my own presentation which features the article "TOP 10 REASONS TO SMILE," written by Dr. Mark Stibich.

SMILE

It is a simple act, but sometimes it takes a lot of effort. A smile can cause boundaries to melt, hearts to warm up, and distances to reduce. Why don't we smile more often? Is it too tough to smile? The answer lies in our attitude towards life. If we are more accepting of situations, we will be able to smile more easily.

"Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing." - Mother Teresa
