Crafting a Code of Ethics for a Business College: Aspirational vs. Directional Approaches?

Subject: Code of Ethics

I am interested in creating a code of ethics for my organization, which is a business college. I have been informed that the code comes in two formats:

- An aspirational code of ethics
- A directional code of ethics

Any suggestions on what they might look like would be welcome.
