Exploring HR Career Growth: Is IT & BPO the Best Path for High Pay and Opportunities?

Hi all, I am currently working in an IT & BPO company in Mumbai as an Executive-HR & Admin. I have completed an MBA in HR. I want to know what the growth prospects are in the IT & BPO industry. Also, please tell me which industry is the best for an HR career, in terms of the best paying industry as well.

Every industry has growth prospects. No one can definitively say that any particular industry is the best or the one that pays the best. You must agree that growth and pay both depend on one's knowledge, experience, performance, etc. Hard work is the only key to success, and there is no alternative.
