2. Number of employees who left
3. Rate of attrition
4. Details of increments in that particular month
5. Activities and decisions that took place in that month
6. Trainings conducted in the month
7. Classification of current employees by gender ratio (Male & Female)
8. Leave taken in that particular month
9. Plans for the upcoming month

I have recently joined a company as a fresher in HR. By the end of this month, I have to submit my report. How should it be? Can anyone please help me with this?
The Monthly HR MIS report should contain the following:
1. List of new recruits with sources.
2. List of attrites.
3. List of promotions.
4. List of transfers, if any (in case of transfer to a different location).
5. Entire Headcount report with Grade, Team, and Monthly CTC.
6. List of legal cases/memos given.
7. HR Provisioning (Budget Vs Cost).
Is there anyone who can send me a comprehensive format of a Monthly HR report that also covers the area of strategic HR to convey the overall business situation of the last month? This report needs to be sent to management at the end of every month.
