How Can I Create Effective Hindi Training Programs for Employee Behavior and Communication?

Dear Seniors, I want to organize some training programs for employees regarding their behavior and personality development. The nature of employees is such that they don't understand much English. They are also not very interested in learning new things. However, this is very important for them because they have to speak with different people, but they are not polite in their communication.

Please suggest some training material that suits their requirements, but it should be in the Hindi language.

The best way for you could be to prepare your own material. First, search in Cite HR. Make the translation from English to Hindi. You may also get material in Hindi from Cite HR as well as Google Search.
