Can somebody tell me please, what is the taxable service on which the service tax will apply in the case of Labour Contractor. Our Contractor is applying 10.3% on Total wages+ Employer's PF contribution+Employer's ESIC contribution+Leave wages+Bonus+service Charges is it right ?
And what is the limit for exemption?
