It should be within a reasonable time. No time limit is specified in any Act, I think.

I haven't received my full and final settlement despite three long years. Could anyone help me out? How can I get my FFS done? Here's a brief background of what happened: I was a Regional Sales Manager for a pharmaceutical company that started in 2006, and I joined in 2007. After 15 months of working, I quit. I had served the one-month notice period as specified in the contract of appointment. However, my one-month salary, three months of travel expenses, pending LTA, and medical allowances are yet to be settled. Whenever I approach them, I receive a casual answer that they are facing some trouble and then they let me go. Please suggest how I can proceed to get these matters resolved. I have nearly 1 lakh pending, and I cannot let it go. Please suggest.
