Seeking Advice on Soft Skills Training for Farm Supervisors to Boost Performance

Dear Madam/Sir, I am a management trainee in HR, so as this is my first experience, every day brings a new challenge to me. Our organization is involved in Pomegranate cultivation, and consequently, its sales and export. Therefore, our primary operations are at the farm level. You might have understood by now that it is very important for us to carefully handle our employees at the farm level as they are the main drivers of our performance.

Having observed that, as a new plantation, our produce does not meet the expected standards of export quality, we are now planning to introduce soft skills training (including time management, team building, coordination, operational effectiveness, and self-discipline) for our supervisors. In order to instill these qualities in our supervisors, we are eager to explore all possible options for providing them with training in these areas.

Kindly provide me with suggestions regarding sources for the execution of such training and any other related aspects.
