Need Help Drafting a Vendor Agreement for Document Transport – Any Suggestions?

Hi, I am Maulik, and I am working in a document management company. For the movement of documents, I have hired one person who is carrying our documents from one place (office) to another place (warehouse). However, I haven't made any agreement or contract with the vendor. So, kindly suggest or share with me any format of agreement.
