2. Frisking and searching of employees/contractors/drivers and their baggage who are going out.
3. Controlling the movement of daily labor in/out of the premises.
4. Upkeep of electronic security gadgets/surveillance system.
5. Security plays a greater role in identifying frauds and keeping management informed by covert intelligence.
6. Physical verification of stock in company central stores (random basis), Canteen, etc.
7. Security should have a complete list of emergency support numbers/know the procedure of emergency evacuation/coordinate in case of core members not available immediately, etc.
8. Identify suspicious movements in and around factory premises.
9. Liaison with local police & authorities to get immediate help.
10. Review of security policies and suggest changes, periodical auditing of security procedures & records to ensure compliance, etc.
