New Employee Joining & Final Settlement - XLS Download

Hi,
I'm a new member of this group.
Can anyone send me some letter format for final settlement which will be submitted to the HR department.
And some new employee joining letter format which will be submitted to the Admin department. Like a new employee joining after 2 days, so we need to write a letter for this employee to the Admin with his details.

Sub: joining of Mr/Ms..............
this is to inform you that Mr............ is joining us on <date>, <day>. his designation is .............. he will be appointed in .............department, will report to Mr. ...........
His/er correspondence address is as given below:
Add Line 1
Add line 2
Add line 2
His total compensation (CTC) has been decided Rs. .................... (only if u need to provide such imnfor to admin)
Kindly t/c and make required arrangements.
u can also provide a list of thing to be arranged or infor about work station and so on...
do provide the status of employment (full time/part time/contract).

Hi,
sir can you advice about full and filal. in case an employee leave the job after 6 month and 12 days. then we can deduct one month notice in his full and final. I Provide you total salary break up and bonus amt. can we adjust his bonus in notice.
basic 7500
hra 3000
conv. 1875
spl. all 4625
total 17000/-
bonus is Rs. 4200/-
note :-appointment letter not issue
