Need Help with Final Settlement and New Employee Joining Letter Formats for HR and Admin

Sazzat
Hi Sazzat,

I'm a new member of this group. Can anyone send me some letter format for final settlement which will be submitted to the HR department. Also, a new employee joining letter format is needed for submission to the Admin department. For instance, if a new employee is joining after 2 days, we need to write a letter to the Admin with the employee's details.

I'll be waiting for a prompt reply.

Thank you.

Hi Amit,

This is not what I'm looking for. The format should be like a letter that I need to submit to the HR department. I mean a Final settlement letter.

Thank You,
Sazzat

Hi,

You can write a letter to the admin department in the given format:

Admin Dept.
Company Name
Sub: Joining of Mr/Ms..............

This is to inform you that Mr............ is joining us on <date>, <day>. His designation is .............. He will be appointed in ............. department and will report to Mr. ...........

His/Her correspondence address is as given below:
Add Line 1
Add Line 2
Add Line 3

His total compensation (CTC) has been decided as Rs. .................... (only if you need to provide such information to the admin).

Kindly take care and make the required arrangements. You can also provide a list of things to be arranged or information about the workstation, and so on. Please provide the status of employment (full-time/part-time/contract).
