Recently, I read an article titled "What do most successful people do in the morning hours before starting the office?" and enjoyed it. Would you mind sharing what you do during those hours?

That's really an interesting subject. Every successful person does the following things:

1. Early awakening from bed (at least 5 a.m. in the morning).
2. Half-hour workout (can be walking, yoga, or gym workout) to keep themselves fit. Then they meditate to maintain their inner well-being.
3. They prepare a list or check their day's priorities, i.e., planning the day (a perfect plan makes a flawless day).
4. Have a balanced diet and start for work.

Do follow these and find the results and success.

Greetings, I guess most of us start the day with a quick brush through our email inbox and other communication devices. This allows us to prepare for the day and contemplate all the areas that we need to address once we are in the office.

A few of us might read the newspaper or a good blog as food for the brain. But that entirely depends on the availability of time and convenience.

However, I know many CHROs and CEOs who avoid checking emails or reading until they reach the office. They prefer to be quiet and composed before they start their workdays.

I am looking forward to more replies as it would be interesting to know more about the preferred mode to start a day!

I agree with Shyam's view. Early to bed, early to rise keeps a person mentally and physically fit. After completing your morning routines, you should pray to God if you have faith, or engage in meditation, yoga, or some workouts to start the day well.

Planning Your Day

The foremost thing is to jot down the appointments you have or the tasks you need to do. Planning perfectly will lead to half the success.

Maintaining Calmness

While going out, keep your mind calm and fresh. In my personal experience, if we leave home with household tensions, we will surely face trouble throughout the day. Even if something good happens, it may reflect poorly on you, leading to further troubles. If you are going out, for example, at 10:30, be ready by at least 10:15 to avoid the last-minute rush and tensions. It is also better to have some water while going out, which will help reduce tensions and unwanted worries.

Creating a Positive Environment

After arriving at your workplace or office, treat everyone with warm wishes. It will also free your mind from worries, and the person you greet will feel refreshed. I believe this also contributes to a person's success.
