i am doing my Masters degree in HR from Mumbai University and i'll complete my Masters Degree in May 2012, i have 10 months experience in "Recruitment".
i am ready to explore my skills in T&D n Generalist profile aslo....
Can anybody help me to find out opportunities for me after passing out my Masters program?

Actually i wanted to ask about the opportunities for men in HR, as we see in many organizations HR department is mostly handled by women, and many people says that it is a women dominating industry.so wanted to ask that what are the chances for men to make good career in HR.

I think your view is a misconception.
There are quite a few males in HR--and in important positions too.
Some companies prefer females for reasons other than what you mentioned, especially if many/most of the employees are females.
