Could you please tell me abour all the forms which are required in EPF.
i don't need format, I just want to know the form no. with purpose.
Like:
Form 5 - for new joinee.
Form 10 - For resigned employee. ETC..

Please see the attachements for your use. Every month you can send by filling the forms attached and enclosing a covering letter and challn copy.

Beside getting the forms (indicating the purpose for which these are meant) from website of EPFO, one can get these forms free of cost from the related PF. Office or these can be perused in any of the related Text Books.
