Hi All, I have been working in a broking company for the past year, with a total experience of almost three years. Currently, I hold the position of Sr. HR Executive. I am now open to new opportunities. However, the calls I have been receiving from other companies, even from big companies, have been for roles at an Executive level. Due to the designation, I have been hesitant to accept these offers. I am unsure if rejecting these offers solely based on the job title is the right decision.
