Hi,everyone, I am an IT Engineer .I resigned a Nascom registered company where i was working as a software developercfor 5 months. Basically i gave my one day resignation through mail only. Because It was needed to me to join another Mnc company within less a week. I know it is not the proper way to resign any company, but i was not having any option.But they replied me that they will put my name in the Nasscom Black Registry which will make sure that I will not not get employment in any large Nasscom registered company again.
Is it true? I have not signed any bond of years with them.Also No task was assigned to me. Also now I am going to work on different technology and domain also.
I agreed that my mistake is i have not served any notice period, so it can be considered as a 'absconding' . so please guide me that if i will be get blacklisted by them , I will not get anywhere job in software field?
Please guide me as I am just at my starting of career,guide me.
