Hello seniors, my query is about leave and deduction in hours at our mining company. Our management people are stating 12 leaves, i.e., 1 leave per month (but they have not mentioned the type of leave). I joined the company in November 2010. From December to May, including Sundays, I took 11 days off. They deducted 5 days from my June month's salary. I received an unpleasant response from my senior regarding this issue. They have not yet defined any type of leave structure, but they are planning to do so for the next month. If they do implement a new leave structure, can I get credited (paid leave) for the deducted days after one year?
