Considering a Career in HR Audit: Is It Worth Sticking With or Time for a Change?

Hi all, I am working in an export house as an HR audit executive. I want to know the scope of HR audit. Is it useful for me to stick with this profile, or should I go for a change in some other field of HR? I have earlier also posted the question on this site, but didn't receive any response or suggestions. Please help.
