Attitude...presentation

Hi Folks,
I applied for soft skills Mentor for one of the company here in Chennai they have asked me to godhead and give a powerful presentation on ATTITUDE ...which is very interesting but i could nt gather much of info
Can some one plz help me how to go about for 3hrs and make it effective ..give me ur inputs and also the procedure...
