I am doing my final year project in MBA HR through distance education. Can anyone help me with how to do a good project on Safety, Health, and Welfare Measures?

You must then communicate to employees why it is essential to adhere to this policy, from both safety and legal standpoints.

I am from Malaysia and I am a qualified Safety & Health Officer. It is a prerequisite for some companies, especially in manufacturing, oil and gas, and construction companies (projects exceeding RM2 million), to have full-time safety officers employed. There are many projects you can write on, or alternatively, you can pick an industry, e.g., healthcare, and concentrate on the different types of safety, health, and welfare issues in that particular industry.
