HR POLICIES [Thread 3430]

HI FOLKS,
i want to know what all should be dere in the frame of hr policies. does it should be stressed only on the hr issues or or issues related to other areas should also be included???

To frmae A HR policy uou need to understand the business of the oragnisation , culture and waht practices you are following in the oraganisation , based on all these only you can design a HR Policy in HR Policy you can take right from dress code to trg to no smoking , equal opportunity employer , etc etc. you can take as per your comapnies needs.
