Salary structure - starting a new IT company and we just want to provide a tax free salary to our employees

We are starting a new IT company and we just want to provide a tax free salary to our employees. Can you help me on that.

you can introduce sodexo passes for tax saving purpose in your organization if the employee comes under tax deduction slab

kindly provide me the salary break ups for software engineers and salary should be 2.8L P.A.

Please have a look at this CTC breakup format. You only need to enter the Total CTC including Variable in the Yellow cell. The rest of the calculations will be automatic. In case you do not have a variable pay plan, please make the Fixed % as 100, and Variable % as 0.
I have also made a provision for Flexi Package with indicative headers under which these can be claimed. Hope you find it useful

here i have attached file (salary break up and income tax planning for employees)i have been worked on. plz kindly go through on it plz help me by answering to my question which i have typed on excel sheet.

Can somebody help me for CTC 14,00,000 PA.. This can include tax saving components like monthly fuel, driver salary, monthly variable pay etc.
Also need monthly salary slip with possible tax deductions as 2017-18.
