Need Help Finding a Hindi Version of Gratuity Act Form 'U' for Compliance?

All establishments, including commercial banks, are governed by the Payment of Gratuity Act. As per the act, we are required to display the abstract of the Gratuity Act in Form "U". The abstract has to be in English as well as in the local language.

Can someone provide a soft copy of the said Form 'U' in Hindi, please?

If anyone has abstracts of the following acts in Hindi:

1. Contract Labour (A&R) Act
2. Minimum Wages Act
3. Payment of Wages Act
4. Employees' State Insurance Act
5. Building and Other Construction Work Act
6. Employees' Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Act

It is required by the Labour Officer to display all the abstracts in the plant.
