I am doing my project in construction company and i want to know how to acquire the talented people for the Vacant positions.
Why the company loosing their talented employees?
In which they are lacking in recruiting talented persons?
What is the Correct way of Tracking them?
Hence i need the proper procedure for the Project and in which fields i have to research for this.
