Thank you for your reply. I am working on my project in a construction company and I want to know how to acquire talented people for the vacant positions. Why is the company losing its talented employees? In what areas are they lacking in recruiting talented individuals? What is the correct way of tracking them? Therefore, I need the proper procedure for the project and which fields I have to research for this. Kindly provide me with some search engines for my reference, please.
