- Visualize a particular query to be faced in the future & manage it
- Analyze your own time while dealing with others' queries or dealing with others
- Don't wait until your superior pays attention to you, just go & catch him with your query.

You can create more time by:

- Effective Delegation
- Make sure you define objectives and objections clearly when you delegate tasks
- Reserve some time for the tasks that you can do
- Keep a checklist to help you monitor the progress of tasks that you have delegated to others
- Set precise and realistic deadlines for the tasks that you delegate.
