I understand you wish to leave your job. You are looking forward to an hike in your current salary. The current salary structure should have already been mentioned in your appointment letter.
The hike would depend on the role you apply for and the offerings you make. Though there are variances to how each company may define it. Suppose, few may offer a low salary, but higher in house training and other support. Whereas, others might just give a higher package with little or no benefit.
Request you to study the offering in your sector and the role you would apply for. That should help you decide on quoting a package.
