Hi..
Even i face the same kind of problem in my organization, almost a year back i was promised within 6 months i'll be promoted but till now nothing happened, i'm in a dilema whether to stick or to change my job.

I strongly disagree... Because I don't know if he has had an honest discussion on any or all the topics with the management. It might come as a surprise... But it better be demonstratable...
