Why not shoot your queries? This is a Forum consisting of members from a wide range of sectors....though am not really sure if any are from the healthcare sector.
Looking at this in another way, human nature being what it is, by & large, the behavioural aspects tend to be similar, except for the situations/environment being different. So your could get the appropriate & practical responses for your queries too.

Dear Sir,
2 days before we had a visit to hospitals for getting manpower supply contract. the main doctors cum administrators said that they have sufficient manpower and they are working with work experience of 3 -4 years.
So how to present/project our self so as to get the contract from them.
