Good Pay Structure

Hi,
I am Abhishek and I don't have any HR Experience. I want a good pay structure for employees . can any body provide me a good pay structure. or Pay slip.

calculation of the CTC is as below
(1)Basic : 35-40% of gross salary, HRA - 40%(metro ) -30%(non metro) of Basic
Conveyance : Rs .800 (Fixed) -Tax limits
Medical :Rs. 1250 (Fixed) - Tax limits
Special allowance - Balancing amount
Total of (1) forms - Gross Fixed
(2) Gross benefits like - PF - 12% of Basic + DA
Gratuity : 5% of basic + DA
LTA
Insurance
Lunch
Total of (2) forms - Gross Benefits
Sum total of (1) & (2) forms CTC
I think it should be enough? this only layout, you can take your own design also...but that should be economical to both employer and employee..

I want a good pay structure for us. My company is giving salary with 20 % bonus and 12 % pf either Rs 780 whichever is less, esic below salary 15000. please give best structure for us with IT Benefit. Please note that my company calculated 20 % bonus on salary. Their are no any allowance added in salary. Salary structure is not effected on loss of our bonus.

Gross Salary-11000
Basic- 40% - 4400
HRA- 30% - 3300
SA-15% - 1650
MA-15% - 1650
LTA-917
Other adjustments / Bonus-
Total- 11917
Less Deductions:
TDS -
PF - 843 or 12 % of basic salary which ever is higher
ESIC -
Leave without pay - 0000
other deductions- 0000
Total Salary in Hand - 11074
