Hi Abdul,
Good to know that your company is already running half of the services I mentioned in my earlier post. In general, what I can suggest to you is to study Afghanistan's consumers, visit places, observe people, culture, and the market to identify problem areas where you can provide services using your existing infrastructure or with slight modifications. I don't have any idea about Afghanistan's market.
1) Offer email services. Since the internet may still be a problem in Afghanistan, people can call you, provide you with their message and email ID, and you can send emails on their behalf.
2) Another idea is to print beautiful photos from the internet, frame them, and sell them as gift articles based on customer demand. For instance, if someone calls you for a birthday greeting, you can print a photo from the internet, add their message and name, and send it to their friend's address.
3) Introduce the "Smile Afghanistan" service where prerecorded jokes or songs can be played when people call the service. On-demand songs could also be played.
4) Provide language interpretation services for NRIs. Interpret messages in English or other languages to local languages, or vice versa. This service can be useful for foreigners in local shops, hotels, or other places where they can call you to communicate their needs, and you can interpret and convey the message to the local vendor.
I hope you find the above ideas helpful. As mentioned earlier, observing and identifying problem areas will be key to your success.
Regards,
Sarang
