Seeking Help for My Internship Project on Talent Management: Any Resources or Examples?

I am doing my internship now and would like to do a project on "talent management." Please share any projects already done on this topic or any other useful resources/articles that would help me in completing my project.

Have you gone through your topic? I suggest you first go through it and try to understand it in actuality. I am doing my research on the same topic, and the company I am working with has started a Talent Management system. So, I can offer you some suggestions, but in the initial phase, I recommend you read as much as you can.

Yes, I have been reading on the topic, mainly a few research articles, trying to understand the components that come under it, etc. I have one more month to complete the project, so I just want to get an idea of how to go about it. As I am doing my internships now, I need to have a clear idea of what information I need to gather from the company. My checklist includes components such as recruitment, retention, appraisals, compensations, etc. Mainly, the components that would make employees stick with the company and thereby reduce attrition. I believe this leads to better talent management.

Kindly correct me if I am wrong.
