Yes, I have been reading on the topic, mainly a few research articles, trying to understand the components that come under it, etc. I have one more month to complete the project, so I just want to get an idea of how to go about it. As I am doing my internships now, I need to have a clear idea of what information I need to gather from the company. My checklist includes components such as recruitment, retention, appraisals, compensations, etc. Mainly, the components that would make employees stick with the company and thereby reduce attrition. I believe this leads to better talent management.
