Hi All,

I am Vandna, working as a lecturer of HR in IET Group of Institutions, Alwar (Rajasthan). I have completed my MBA in HR and am interested in pursuing a part-time or correspondence Ph.D./Doctorate in HR. Could anyone guide me and provide information about institutes offering such programs?

Regards,
Vandna

Vandana,

I think you should check Madurai Kamaraj University and Alagappa University. Other universities should have them too. As you have experience, they may consider you as an external or part-time candidate.

Hi guys,

In Tamil Nadu, Madurai Kamaraj University, Alagappa University, Madras University, NIT-Trichy, Anna University and its affiliated institutions, Central University - Pondicherry, and IIT-Chennai are some of the institutions that provide part-time Ph.D. One thing that really bothers in the Ph.D. registration is choosing the guide. If you can persuade a person to accept a guide from the university to which you wish to apply, then the process is simple. For part-time study, you can also have an external guide, but it is compulsory to have an internal guide from the concerned university.

Make sure that you select and get acceptance for guideship before proceeding. It's not like the normal admission procedure.
