Coming to what you mentioned about '.........boss is behaving like I am his slave........', what your boss [or for that matter, anyone, me included] does or says IS NOT IN YOUR CONTROL. But what's in your control, IS YOUR RESPONSE/REACTION. So you decide how you should respond to the situation, rather than ALLOWING YOUR BOSS TO DICTATE how you should respond.
