Hi Dilip, Thanks for the continued posting of good articles from The Economic Times. It is true that success is built on failures. There is a saying that "Success comes by experience, experience comes by failure." We find many examples of companies that failed miserably before becoming immensely successful. In many cases, these companies reversed their failures and achieved success by solving a very small problem.

This also reminds me of Malcolm Gladwell's famous book "Tipping Point." [URL="http://www.flipkart.com/b/books/tipping-point-malcolm-gladwell-little-book-0349113467?affid=mygudbooks"]
