We are basically a consulting firm entering into payroll processing for our clients. We are in the process of preparing a proposal for payroll processing. Our clients are looking for an estimated cost for all the processing fees. Since we are new, we would like to know how we should charge. Is it a fixed percentage of the overall employees or a fixed value per employee? Any guidance in this regard is much appreciated. Also, we would like to know the major activities that should be identified as part of our invoice.
