Dear Vijayalaxmi,

Thank you for your enthusiasm. All you have to do is identify the area of your interest from the given sub-themes and prepare an abstract (summary) of what you wish to write in not more than 500 words. Send a soft copy to the email addresses provided. We shall notify you of the selection/non-selection of the abstract within a specified time frame. You can then work on the full paper and send it via email again. The dates are provided in the brochure.

You can submit a research paper, case study, perspectives, or empirical studies.

I am delighted to know that ICFAI is hosting an HR conference in Hyderabad. The theme for the conference is well-chosen - "HR: A requisite for business transformation".

If I am not presenting a paper at the conference, can I still attend? Kindly provide details regarding delegate fee, venue, etc.

Thank you for the compliments. There are different fee structures for different categories of delegates, namely students, research scholars, IT professionals, etc. For industry professionals, it is Rs. 1000, for academicians/faculty members, it is Rs. 500, and for research students, it is Rs. 300.
