How Do Hospitals in India Manage SOPs and Departmental Flow? Insights Needed from Administrators

I am an architect and design hospitals. I would like to know about SOPs for hospitals in India and the departmental flow charts for patient, staff, and material movement in the hospital. My understanding of this shall go a long way in understanding the hospital function and designing the facility. I would appreciate it if hospital administrators could throw some light on this.
