EPF is now entering an online procedure to provide the best services to the PF subscribers. For this, EPFO authorities have introduced the Monthly e-return Software for employers on their official website www.epfo.gov.in. Employers who are interested can download the software from the EPFO official website. The installation procedure files are also kept in the application. I have already downloaded and am using the software application. I have entered all the details of employees in the application, and I have also generated Form 5, Form 10, Form 12, and the monthly contribution challan.

How to Enter Establishment Code and Log in to EPFO Online System

Enter your Establishment Code, which was given by the EPFO Office, and select your PF Regional Office. Then, your code will change to the Online Establishment Code, and you should save the details. The computer will display "Establishment Details Successfully Added."

After this, the application will prompt you for your Username and Password. Enter the Username and Password provided in the EPF PDF file. Your system will need to change the Date Format as per the software requirements. Adjust your system settings as follows: Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Regional and Languages Options > Double Click > Customize > Date > Short Date Format as "dd-MM-yyyy" (input the Date Format if the System does not have it). The Date Separator should be a dash "-". Save the settings.

Proceed to enter the Username and Password to log in.

Follow the steps mentioned above, and after logging in, I am attaching the PDF File of the Employer User Manual issued by the EPFO Authorities.

I am new to the HR role in my company. We are mentioning the number TN/TRY/44844/ as the PF registration number. If I take 44844 as my EST number, but in that software, they are asking for a 7-digit number. So, I am a little confused. Please help me.

Mr. Mohan, add "0044844" before 44844, select your office, and save the Establishment Details. I have also done the same.
