- Analyzing the current manpower inventory
- Making future manpower forecasts

RECRUITMENT PLAN
Example of a recruitment plan:
1. Quantity of recruitment
- Identify the number of employees/staff to be recruited per department
- Create a table with columns: No, department, position, number of employees, date of new employee, remarks
2. Design of recruitment materials
- Are testing tools available for the positions mentioned above?
- If not, the company should plan to procure these materials
- Do job descriptions for the positions exist?
3. Sources of recruitment
- Develop a table with columns: No, position, channel, budget, who follows?, remarks
- Recruitment sources can be internal or external
- Explore various recruitment channels and match them to suitable positions
4. Selection plan
- Who receives CVs and when?
- Who reviews CVs and when?
- Who organizes the evaluation of candidates' professional and skills? When does this occur?
- Who conducts interviews and when?
- Who makes the final decision and when?
